Our hands are probably the most neglected part of our body and perhaps the most overworked. We need our hands to function everyday. From fine motor to large motor skills, we rely on our hands to do our work for us, be it writing a letter, or washing the dishes.

It is no surprise then that our hands may feel rough and dry to touch. We must not take our hands for granted. A little pampering can go a long, long way. Just a dab of hand lotion will keep the hands soft and moisturized.

Muscle pain relief

Back pain is the most common complaint of workers who carry heavy loads. It is also common among office workers who stay glued in their seats for hours. The pain may be chronic and intense and may prevent them from doing various activities of daily living. A cream that contains methyl salicylate, menthol, and eucalyptus may provide muscle pain relief.

Workers with a lot of physical work must also learn to use the proper body mechanics when lifting heavy packages. They must bend through their knees while keeping their backs straight. Office workers, on the other hand, must keep their back supported and make use of ergonomic chairs for back support.
